Daily Wonders is a private app developed for Hamilton Wentworth Catholic Child Care Centres. As an organization that truly believes parents and caregivers are the child’s first and best teacher, this app will provide opportunities for parents and caregivers to become active participants in the child’s daily learning.

Daily Wonders will provide families with digital daily logs, documentation from educators, information regarding inspections and drills, injury reports, reminders and any organizational messages such as, school closures or newsletters, that need to be communicated.

Features:

Digital Daily Logs
This portion of the app will be specific to each individual child and allow parents and caregivers to receive communication about their child’s daily routines, when applicable.

These daily logs will be sent to each family at the end of the day. It will include information regarding:
Child’s daily emotions (educators will observe how the child is feeling that day)
Meal times (morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack)
Rest time for children 0-3.8 years
Bathroom Routines for children 0-3.8 years (diaper changes and toilet training)
Possible photos and educator notes
Documentation from Educators

Educators can also attach PDF versions of documentation from their program. This will be group specific, rather than child specific and will be sent to all families within that group. Educators will have the opportunity to share these wondrous learning stories for families to enjoy.

Daily Wonders is secure, reliable and easy to access for all families. Our hope is that this app connects our educators and families to strengthen our meaningful relationships among all of our centres.
